How do you like your Tequila?

Blanco (white) ~ Bottled immediately after distillation or aged less than 2 months in stainless steel or neutral oak barrels.

Reposado (rested) ~ Aged a minimum of two months but less than one year in oak barrels.

Anejo (aged) ~ Aged a minimum of one year but less than three years in oak barrels.

Extra Anejo (extra aged) ~ Aged a minimum of three years in oak barrels.

Mezcal ~ Like Tequila, Mezcal is also made from the agave plant but in a different process. While Tequila is made exclusively in the State of Jalisco, Mezcal is made in Oaxaca.
